This branch has decided to yell at me because they won’t help me because they don’t recognize transgender People. I’ve called the department of banking and financing and I reported them and I’ve also reported them to my attorney and I’m going to be suing them because I’m going to be losing my home because they will not let me access my funds. These people are disgusting and arrogant and they seem to think they know it all They want me to drive five hours to come into their branch when I live in another When something can be handled over the phone oh, and by the way, when you answer all their questions They don’t care they seem to think because my voice is a bit more feminine because I’m on estrogen that I’m not who I say I am so they won’t help me so apparently transgender people are not welcome at Sidney Federal Credit Union

After my husband died a member of SFCU was VERY helpful in all that had to be done. And Very helpful in answering questions on how and when to get my finances straitened out. His name is Zachary Kniskern.

Nicole and Gabi both were stellar in assisting us as new members. Being new to the community, actually the whole state of NY we were touched to be treated so warmly and personably by both women. Nicole bore the brunt of our account opening as we didn't have necessary paperwork when we spoke with Gabi. Nicole made me feel like I had found a long lost friend at a high school reunion ( though she's MUCH younger than me!) My point being- a kindred spirit. She gave us good advice, recommended local names to help us move into our new home and basically became an instant friend. Kudos to both ladies!!

I have been an SFCU client for nearly 20 years. The employees are professional, considerate and helpful. It is a terrific credit union to do business with and I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Wow. Just wanted info on Home Equity Loan on the phone. Left me on hold for over 10mins before I hung up. One star for hearing a human voice to tell me to hold.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
