Making the transition from my bank to Reliant Credit Union was as easy as 1 2 3, and the people, like Tia, were fantastic and I am glad to do business with them. I should have done this a long time ago, thank you so much. I suggest anybody transitioning from their Bank to this Credit Union, they are awesome to deal with on every level.

For more than five years, I’ve been receiving “An error has occurred with your monthly transfer” emails for an account that was closed and fully settled long ago. I’ve contacted customer service in the past and sent email, only to be told I need to visit a branch. Requiring an in-person visit to fix an internal error is unreasonable regardless. There seems to be no basic review process in place. Closed and paid accounts are apparently still triggering automated emails without any verification. It reflects poorly on the organization and shows a concerning lack of attention to account management.

They're offering 4.99% car loans for those of us over paying. I was paying 9.99%. The transfer was easy and I'm saving alot of money! Great customer service too!

I recently opened a savings account for making loan payments through Reliant. I was helped by Tia who is a shining star. She is friendly professional and knowledgeable. She took time and care to explain all the options and tools Reliant has and I returned a couple weeks later and opened a checking account as well.
