Substandard performance. They have a history of not doing what you have asked. The latest was today, I ordered a new debit, they told me it would take 10-14 business days. Well today, 15 days later, I called again, and ofc, they never ordered it. Lucky me, I get to wait another 10-14 business days.

The worst experience I've ever encountered was with this bank, they constantly suspend your zelle account with no reason, you call for them to remove the suspension and they will redirect you to another company, when you finally get to that Zelle company they will redirect you back to the bank. They don't return phone calls nor anything because they are unprofessional, the only thing they care about is that people join the bank and that's it.
