I was at the Forest Ave branch the other day and needed some help with a few issues I was having. Alexis Lopez was at the front desk and greeted me with such professionalism. She was very patient with me while I explained my problems. She was able to address each one and help me to resolve them all. She was a huge help! Please extend my thanks, she is a credit to the MCU.

Horrible, long story short took out a loan with them at and long story short they jacked up my payment. It was the first time I dealt with this location will be sticking to Hylan Boulevard one. I’ve been dealing with MCU for almost 20 years and by far the worst experience I had. I then tried to go to the branch how far is to get help and they pretty much gave me a number and sent me on my way. The branch on Hylan Boulevard was able to help me fix everything

I visited the Graniteville branch and was helped extremely sufficiently by Megan Sottile. She had all the answers to my questions and then some. I felt like she cared about what I was inquiring to get done and helped me make the right decision for my needs.

It sometimes seems overwhelming because sometimes there isn't someone at the reception desk to take down names and direct you. I hadn't been there in a few years; the coin machine is either still broken or broken again

They have excellent customer service! I was welcomed, and checked in within minutes. Nicholas helped me refinance my car and provided me all necessary information for a home improvement loan. I referred all of my kids and many family members and colleagues and they are all happy with MCU's services. He even entertained my granddaughter while assisting me!
