I called to ask if they provided notary service. I was transferred to another line. When the notary came on the line she was very curt with me and even asked how I was able to contact her. No! She said, we do not provide notary services to non members or people who aren't employed by the university!! Sorry I called this credit union when for over 20 years I've been dealing with credit unions I've never had an experience like that!

I have been a member for 30+years and have always been treated with friendliness and respect. Each credit union employee had had my best interest at heart and given me full attention and information. I would not do my banking anywhere else. I appreciate the personal attention I get there.

After a complication with an over the phone transaction the manager gave me nothing but attitude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her to solve the issue with my funds. I never received an apology or had any them show any kind of remorse for the mistake, all I received was one excuse after another.

Was very disappointed with my experience. Was attempting to inquire regarding taking out an auto loan. Not only was I unsuccessful in securing a meeting but I felt I was being talked down to and practically laughed at for suggesting I was just attempting to compare rates and terms for a loan on a car I was attempting to purchase.
