CarrieAnn was the loan office that I worked with, I wanted to get all my negative credit resolved in order to obtain the car loan that I wanted, she was instrumental in making this happen! She communicated every step of the way, had great knowledge/recommendations, and ultimately helped me achieve my goal. I appreciated her patience with me and getting me back on the right track. This is the best credit union to be a part of and it's cause of people like CarrieAnn!!!

I have been banking here for over 35 years. I have used their services for auto loans and personal loans. The staff is always kind and helpful and Patient with me. I call almost daily for assistance and each time I am greeted with a friendly voice.

So disappointed in this fcu. I called with questions about my auto loan and I got Meg Who has always been nice-not today. I had questions about my loan that she did not want to answer. She started discussing my other bills that aren’t related to The fcu. Yes, I got frustrated as she withheld info. She also told me that I’ve been on time with all of my bills, but they don’t pull them until the first, although it’s due and actually paid on the 28th. She admitted that it shows late every month. She said don’t worry, it won’t go to the credit agencies. Well, It better not. They’ve gotten in trouble for things like this before. So today, they called the police on me. I talked for a long time to the officer about what’s been going on and I’m going to have to make this legal. They’ve played with my money before, screwing up my car payments and repossessing my car when I was ahead on my loan. They told the officer that I called 60 times today. I was able to prove that there were eight calls. 3, they picked up and hung up, but I never got to speak to anyone. The fourth, they transferred to a nonworking number. So I really only called and spoke to Someone four times. They are despicable.
