Been a member for 6 years and am disgusted with how downhill this place has gone. Most of the staff is great but older lady with brown hair is the rudest woman on the planet. She continues to have a bad attitude almost every time in there. No idea how she still has a job.

Best place to handle your money, keeping it safe! Employees are the best, especially the manager! Went there today, inside hours are only until 4:30 M~F, only drive~thru is until 5:00.

Firstly, when you call the number to check your balance, it says “if you have a rotary phone stay on the line”… then says “to use this service you have to have a touch tone phone” and hangs up. (Not that I have a rotary, but it seems odd to say stay on the line then hangs up on you) Second, what do you have to do to talk to an actual person?! The number for the office itself seems to not work at all. Third, the website is absolutely absurd to try to navigate. All I needed to do is verify our PIN number and it’s harder to get ahold of anyone than I have ever dealt with anywhere else.

Utter garbage. Brand new card when I signed up to use them works 50 percent of the time and the other 50 it says chip error at the merchant. Also got a fraud alert on my phone today asking if I tried to make a purchase I said yes..it said perfect you can use your card in 1-2 minutes now.....that was in the morning it's 4pm still....nothing...and the phone line has been busy for 4 hrs. Excellent bank.

Been a member for thirteen years. The service is always friendly and make you feel like family. Checking, savings, loans (personal, vehicle and home) and security; When you are away from home and you make a purchase. They call or message you to make sure you are making the purchase and your card was not stolen.
