7 times now have I been charged an insufficient funds fee of 25 dollars when the money is clearly in my account. EVERY TIME they give me my money back after I call them because they were in the wrong. Never had this problem while they were still cap com.Horrible company!

Always seems to be a little slow but the employees are pleasant. There’s no clear signage post. Please work on a bank sign like the other branches so people don’t miss the turn into the area.

Woman at the front desk very rude and mumbled words under her breath about me, this is a bank? Very unprofessional. Not surprised at all, i’ll take my business up the street no problem to me at all.

This local branch of BVCU is exactly how I always imagined being a credit union member should be. Have never had nearly as great an experience with any previous banks or their teams until switching to this location and Credit Union. Not only are their account offerings cost effective and beneficial, it was beyond easy to prepare to setup our personal accounts and then even a business account for our LLC which has been nightmare in past banking experiences. The team here is kind and the location is helpful and clean and organized. Special shout out to our favorite banker there, Mike C. He’s a rockstar at what he does and also just a good human who’s been so helpful to us as our new banker but also as welcoming team since we are new to area from Texas. 12 out of 10 stars for Mike and the BV team here at this branch location!

Ever since since sefcu became broadview federal credit union everything went downhill. In late March I had deposited a check that was 3 days early. The bank accepted the check only to reject it by the time I got home. Called customer service which they told me it will be back in my account on March 31 or April 1. I actually waited until April 1 nothing was in my account, called customer service again they told me to wait until the next day. Waited the next day nothing again, then they told me they mailed off a copy and how to deposited my check into my account again, and to wait 5 - 7 days. Waited and nothing again called customer service and they gave me to same response. This happened about 3 times until they told me to tell the sender to resend another check. Now today my card don't work, I can't get into my account, I have no access to money for two days, and was told by customer service that my account is open and active. They don't know why I can't access my money in my account, and there is only online maintenance so that is why I can't access it online. I hate broadview federal credit union bank and will be looking for a new bank. I'm not going to let happened the third time with me and not being able to get to my money or not be able to get into my account. Hey broadview do better.
