THIS LOCATION IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED (and without any prior notification to customers). I went by 3 times to deposit funds at the ATM and it was blocked off. Today I finally saw a "For Lease" sign out front and a paper notice taped on the windows that the location is permanently closed and to visit the Williams St location. My two star review is solely for the lack of notice. The staff were nice, the office was clean and beautiful, and I had a good experience overall. I'm truly sorry to have to close my accounts, but I'm not willing to make the trek that far from my house when there are so many banks nearby. I hope the OP Road staff weren't let go!

The website says they are open but when I arrived the windows all boarded up and they were closed. At 11:30 on a Thursday. How can I leave 0 star review?????

UPDATE CREDIT UNION CLOSED BEFORE 5PM. It’s a waste of time. No consideration for members driving miles away due to a prolonged opening of branch that should have been open in spring 2024. They don’t have a set date for opening either Love the institution, HATE the updated customer service line. It doesn’t connect you to anyone and no one returns your call. It rings and rings and tells you that a customer service rep will answer when one is available. Just for NONE to be available. It needs to be changed back to being able to reach the tellers directly. ATM won’t allow you to withdraw more than 300 when it’s supposed to be capped at $500

Only one ATM is available. It’s down you have no access. Lack of services like mortgages are no longer available. Terrible customer relations, nobody answering their phones. Jump ball if they call you back. Water fountain in W.Seneca building has never worked?? After 50 yrs I’m seriously considering moving my accounts. Many of my friends and long time customers have already left.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced - they are petty and have absolutely no professionalism about them. If you are looking for a new bank/credit union, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Dealing with EmpireOne is not worth the hassle and headaches - there is a reason that the google review score is so extremely low and it is a direct reflection of the incredibly awful management.
