Jensi is phenomenal! My mom and just left Jovia Westbury branch after being the victims of fraud. She was patient, communicative, and thorough. Experiencing fraud makes you feel violated and she brightened our day. Jovia is extremely fortunate to have such an exemplary employee.

Absolutely horrible bank!!! There is no one here that knows what they are doing! I see in my account that there was a problem, but when I waited on hold for over an hour NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!!! I CALL AGAIN, ANOTHER INCOMPETENT REP! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! I responded to your email and sent my phone number to be contacted. I got a ridiculous automated response. My problem has not been resolved. In addition I spoke to one of your customer service people, her name is Terri. She was the most ignorant, rude service person I have ever responded to. I will be escalating this! Go check your email. Totally incompetent people!
