Great credit union in Yonkers. SUMA has a beautiful facility and a great, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Suma has the best rates of any bank or credit union that you could find. They offer online banking, convenient hours and multiple banking locations and a drive thru lane. Thank you Suma for all you do for us ! SLAVA UKRAINI

Extremely antiquated ATM machine. Suma refuses to update it, so that one would not have to: insert one's card, pull it out, re-insert one's card, just to get the ATM to recognize you, and, then, on top of that: a) envelopes for your deposits must be used, b) one must MANUALLY type in the amount of one's deposit. THIS IS EXTREMELY OLD TECHNOLOGY! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, SUMA CREDIT UNION, UPDATE YOUR ATM MACHINE IN THE EXECUTIVE BOULEVARD, YONKERS BRANCH!

the people in this branch know nothing of what they are doing. Called for some help, got transferred to 3 different people for a simple question and was asked who I was and what I was calling about in every beginning of a transfer no communication skills...
