Happy to be back at a physical bank. In only a few weeks they remembered my name and the convenience is amazing. Well done!

I am not special because our family had significant property losses, but because we are part of a community that weathered unimaginable loss during the hurricane. Weeks roll on without public utilities and nothing seems easy these days, so I want to express appreciation for and commend our local credit union because despite their personal losses and inability to operate normally, they helped to make my life a little easier. I hung up the phone from their Vice President yesterday and said to my spouse, “I feel like their only customer”. So, THANK YOU Oteen VA Federal Credit Union for being here for me and our community.

They act like they want to help Veterans but they only take advantage. I lost my bank card and had to order a new one. When it wasn't there after 21 days and 3 trips to the bank I became upset. That is how I pay my bills. I am a 12 year member and happy to be leaving. Thanks for nothing.

This establishment is very professional. You are always treated important and served well. They are willing to help with all of your needs and questions. The location is a bit tricky if you don't know where it is. But finding it is not hard. One thing I love about this bank is the low monthly charges for maitaining your account. Also, the online banking available services.
