I highly recommend this bank for personal and business banking. Every interaction is above expectation. The staff are friendly, helpful and the security is fantastic. I have worked with several other banks but never felt as appreciated and confident as I feel here. 6 stars.

Excellent service support and great personnel! I left my card in the ATM and I called the next day and got it back right away. Go Telco Community AVL's only real bank...!

They removed the review I made months ago regarding them locking down my money from a check that already cleared a month prior and not giving me a valid reason. Anyway, after that was resolved I had moved my money to a new bank and asked for them to close this account once the transfer was completed. They never closed my account so I’ve had this account open for MONTHS without knowing. Unprofessional behavior and the tellers clearly do not listen. The girl was clearly mad when I told her to do the transfer and that I would be closing my account and yet she never closed it. Do not bank here.
