I've done over 500k in loans with this company. The current manager Monica has been my last point of contact regarding my loans. My wife has obtained a loan from this credit union as well. The rates of this credit union are amazing. I can't say anything bad about the rates. However, the new customer service that's been provided by Monica is horrible. She don't respond to emails or phone calls. Always has an excuse of how busy she is and puts us on a 24 hour delay. The last loan done with Monica took nearly 30 days to finalize. The proceeds of the loan nearly 30 days later and almost 60 days from our application have not been 100% satisfied. I will not recommend doing business with this specific branch or manager. Monica has poor customer service in regards to the branch members needs. My wide took out a loan to pay off some credit card debt. The process has been nothing but trouble. My wife is making payments still on one of her credit cards because Monica has failed to pay it off in time. Its been almost 60 days and nothing. Stay away from this branch if you need a loan. I don't recommend this branch at all.

I just want to recognize Monica W. for her professionalism, expertise and kindness. She has truly helped me find peace of mind with my financial plan and budget. In this world of high prices, unexpected expenses and other unknowns, Monica has provided sound financial planning advice and has amazingly helped me simplify and help make my hard earned income work best for my financial goals. In my honest opinion, Monica W. is the Mary Poppins of banking.

Brandon Montelongo is the greatest Member Service Representative at First Flight Federal Credit Union. He worked with us to refinance our Mustang in March 2020 and then worked with us this month to process our loan on a Ford Explorer. Brandon has a great work ethic and a very professional attitude. His communication through the loan process is top notch. It is uncommon this day and time to find someone who truly cares about their customer.

I recently became a member with Flight Flight Credit Union and they have been incredible! I was helped by both Quinetta and Michelle to initially set up my account and the process was smooth and easy and they were both very kind and helpful. Shortly after, I bought my first car and Michelle helped me with the auto loan. She was wonderful throughout the entire processes. She gave me a ton of information and was transparent with everything. Through her, I managed to get a really great rate! I am so happy to be able to work with First Flight Credit Union in Cary.

I recently purchased a new SUV and was able to obtain an amazing interest rate at First Flight! Michelle Brown helped me and made the entire process easy. I was not a First Flight Credit Union member, but Michelle guided me through that process and was so professional and great to work with! Now I have a checking and savings account there and will consider using their other services in the future!
