Everytime I call the bank when I need something to do over the phone I get sweet Dennisha she is one of the nicest ladies I spoke to. I always love when she answers the phone great customer service attitude helps you with what you need help with explains everything to you. Takes her time doesn’t rush . If I could give her more than 5 stars I would because she definitely deserves more than just 5! Some people need to learn how to be like her with customers. ❤️ this lady deserves employee of the year !

Here it is Monday morning past 10 AM and the bank will not answer the phone refuses to listen to messages and return calls …

I have had this account since I was 19 years old. I am now mid 50's. Due to suspicious activity they have completed cancelled my card. They contacted me and let me know that they would temporarily shut my card down and give me a chance to contact the suspicious purchase. It was a holiday weekend. I called the first business day which was Tuesday and got it cleared up. Then I contact my bank to release my card and they cannot because they closed it. I was told it took too long to respond. They where not open until Tuesday either. This is unacceptable. I now have to wait a week to get a new card. Then I have to setup all my direct drafts up on the new card. It is bad when the cheap little mom and pop banks allow you to shut down their cards until you handle the issue. Not a happy customer and the bank doesn't care.

What a joke of a credit union. Paid off my car loan and they kept taking money from my account at a different CU to do what with, I have no idea... Found it in a savings account that was supposed to have been closed. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it back. AND, then they have to send a check, even though they could take my money electronically. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
