We recently joined Carolinas Telco Credit Union and have been thrilled with the level of personal service we have received. Barry Person is the branch manager we've worked with, and from the start he was so helpful with the process and getting our accounts and credit card. When we ran into a complex issue, we contacted him and he immediately took action, going above and beyond expectations to resolve everything, which included hand-delivering a check to another financial institution. I would highly recommend Carolinas Telco Credit Union if you would like a high level of service and commitment to their members, a place where you don't feel like "just a number", and can trust the people you are working with to take care of your financial needs.

I had the pleasure of getting help from Barry during my loan process. He was nothing but amazing. He was very professional, responsive and super helpful to all of my many emails and questions. There wasn’t anything about the whole process that was difficult or complicated. Barry made it very smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. Those that I spoke to over the phone with questions in the beginning of the process were kind and super helpful as well! CTFCU without a doubt lives up to the expectation and all of their many great reviews.

I’ve been a member with this branch ever since I was a little girl. Now almost 40 years later the customer service here has been immaculate and I have never been disappointed at all. Working with Barry Person was great. He broke everything down, gave me options which were suitable for my needs and payment. I thank you Telco for being awesome and caring for whatever I needed.

I would like to acknowledge one customer service representative at this location name Kim. She is a prime example of what real customer service looks, feels, and should be like. She gets a 5 star from us. My brother was trying to set up his direct deposit to be transferred to his credit union account. It wasn't that easy because she had to verify a lot of his documents, due to security and confidentiality, getting details about his situation,etc. It was a lot! My brother's situation would have been overwhelming for a lot of customer service representative ( in my opinion) but Kim understood the assignment. We made sure we brought the right information needed to complete the transaction from our end.. That's what made our experience so pleasant, everything just fell into place like pieces of a puzzle. She did all that in a timely manner within that 15 minutes before closing. We got there at 4:45 due to Charlotte's congested traffic. So what I am saying she managed her time, gave good service, and kept a friendly rapport with us all at the same time. You couldn't ask for anything better than that! So my brother and I want to give a Big 'Shout Out" to Kim from the West Side of Charlotte at Telco Federal Credit Union. She put that "WORK" in. And we love her like a play cousin. Happy Spring!
