This is a great local branch. Highly recommend. Last night I was sitting, relaxing when I realized my checking account had been compromised and someone had written a fraudulent check! Skyla's fraud team helped me take action over the phone. I went in immediately in the morning when they opened and the Assistant Manager, Ian, did a thorough and very professional job helping me straighten things out. From filing the fraudulent check claim, to closing the old account, transferring funds, issuing a new debit card, and opening the new account.. Heck, even updating my address, I was in and out and under an hour! He was extremely efficient and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this bank!

I can't say enough good things about Skyla Credit Union branch in central avenue. They have truly gone above and beyond for me! Every time I have needed help whether it was a loan, account questions, or just everyday banking - their staff has been professional, kind and incredibly supportive. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure i understand all options.I have never felt like "just another customer" here; they genuinely care and it shows in every interaction. I like to give special thanks to Hera Myers , Ann Hanson, Paul Walters and Tony Alvarez. Thank you

This is the absolute worst bank i have had the displeasure of using. customer service is AWFUL. They have caused me so much stress it is ridiculous. i don’t ever want them to handle my money ever again in my life. Please please don’t bank with them and give you their business. Instead I HIGHLY RECOMMEND american express!!!! so much better overall! customer service is top tier and calling them for anything is such a breeze. Despite them not having physical locations, i still would choose them over and over again. Save yourself the headache and go with american express for you checking, savings, and credit account.

From the beginning of the call, I attempted multiple times to have a solution-based conversation. However, Michelle repeatedly restated the problem without offering assistance and made it clear she was unwilling to help. When I requested to speak with a manager, she stated that she is the manager and that no one is above her. She then continued to interrupt me and told me she could not assist because she had other calls to make. The tone and manner in which this interaction was handled were dismissive and disrespectful. At no point was I treated as a valued customer, nor was any effort made to resolve the matter.

My husband and I were recently stuck in Jamaica due to the hurricane. We were on lockdown during our stay at the resort and evacuated into a holding area for 2 1/2 nights due to the storm. We are unable to get a refund of course due to lack of power so we called our bank to assist. Filed a dispute ONLY for one charge compared to the thousands of other dollars we had to spend on other hotels, flights, etc. Due to lack of comprehension, the agent simply wrote down that was unsatisfied with "Amenities" and not that we were unable to use ANYTHING including our room we paid for and that's why I was submitting a dispute. No one will answer the phone and they are refusing to re-open the dispute. I need a supervisor or someone with authority to call back as soon as possible to get this resolved.
