I’ve had 2 auto loans and other loans through this establishment. I totaled my vehicle, my insurance paid it off, IN FULL and on the DAY OF getting a new vehicle I was denied a loan which was last week. Very disappointed as I would have stayed a customer for life as I’ve shown I have been since 2016/17. Since then I’ve emptied my account and have gotten membership to a new credit union. What a shame man, I really loved this place and Ms. Waters who has been so helpful.

Have been with VFFCU for over 20 yrs. Never had a bad experience with business transactions or service, which is excellent. Love Ms Yolanda. She's always patient with me (disability) and goes through my transactions step by step. She's a keeper! It's rare for me to receive gentle service so I greatly appreciate her service with a smile. I called in on Friday afternoon very late. The banking Institute was about to close. Yolanda Austin took her time to explain everything to me in detail. She went above and beyond to make sure not only did I understand, but that I was comfortable with every detail of her explanation. She is a credit to your establishment! When I came in on Monday to conduct business, she even remembered me because of my name. I call that excellent customer service.

Opening an account here was such a smooth and easy process. VP Eric Argueta provided top tier customer service. He answered all of my questions accordingly and took the time to go over all aspects of banking with Vision Financial. Vision has a new life-long customer. I Love Vision Financial ❤️ When I received my car, this was the bank that had the loan w/ it. I never had an issue w/ My auto loan & they are honest & up front w/ everything. I don't feel like a number, I also don't feel like a member; more like famILY since 2015 😘 Can't say enough about this branch & the staff. Ms. Yolanda & Mrs. Kita...A1 knowledgeable staff!
