In all honesty, they don’t deserve a one star. They only good for car loans. Don’t get your house mortgage with them. For them to be a union member of the bank industry. They do a lot of lies. They do what they want to and change up the plans on you. They go into your account and your family members who has accounts too and don’t say anything to you. I wish I never went to this bank. They haven’t been honest since I be there. They closed out your accounts and blocked you from your statement. They lie to your face “ you didn’t it” I have nothing good to say about them. To think I referred my family and friends to this bank. I glad I am no longer with this bank.

Just had one the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had getting a loan. I worked with Priscilla who took the time to explain all my options, guide me to my best option and worked around my crazy schedule to ensure we got the deal done to meet a hard deadline. I highly recommend this establishment and thank Priscilla for a job well done.

This credit union is TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and open accounts/loans elsewhere. I keep having problem after problem. If you have a problem or need help with something, you get told different things from different employees. Everyone isn’t on the same page and you don’t know which person to trust and believe. Their app experience is horrible - very outdated platform. All around a terrible experience!

They will damage your credit easily. If you have any active loan... better to pay on time, this bank is not like others to give you notice... they are reporting right away.

This is the ugliest place to invest. Only one brunch, no ATM, their system is crab old, if you set up automatic payment they still charge you even payment is fulfilled. They really love to report you to ruin your credit, May be its because racist person is setting in the back office ?! But that is what going on.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
