Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, I have a loan and auto loan completely paid off with them. I’m in need of a car due to an emergency situation, put in a loan application and was offered no help or possible solutions by Julia, just dismissed and told there was nothing she can do in less than 30 seconds.

Worked with for years. Yes when the Credit Union was on ground floor in one small office. Everything was on paper. Multiple accounts, never had issues. Financed maybe 3 cars, rates are always better than banks.

After paying off four cars with this credit union and being a loyal customer with this company for over a decade, I ran into unexpected financial issues for the past year or so. I got behind on my payments but stayed in touch with the credit union and even still ended up paying my fourth car off with this credit union! I spoke with the bank manager who had initially told me that I would have to show 6 months of good payment history in order for them to refinance me in the future for a new car that I needed as my current car kept breaking down. She then offered me an alternative option of financing through the dealership initially and then coming back to them. So I of course do that and then call to verify with them if after 6 months of good payment history on the new car I just purchased, that I could refinance through them. I then get a call back from another teller telling me that the terms of that agreement was “only if I kept the same car that they had already financed and paid on it for 6 months”! Mind you this was a car that had multiple issues that had been in and out of the shop about every other month for the past year and a half which was part of the reason I was behind on my payments from repeatedly fixing the car. My loyalty for 11 years and paying off 4 cars with them, giving them over probably close to, if not over $100,000 total for all four cars meant nothing to them because I hit a period of hard times that I was now out of! None of my cars were ever repossessed by them or anything or ever! It was good while everything was going good for me, but just pray you never fall on hard times because you will be disposable to them just like I was! Very disappointed in this treatment! Choose a different Credit Union if possible!

I have been with this credit union for almost 34 years. I cannot tell you how great ful I am to this group of people. They always seem to go above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my money is safe here.
