I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 41 years and I do not understand the negative reviews. I have never I mean been declined of any request that I have requested. I have been to other financial institutions in the area just because it was more convenient at the time. They asked me to open an account.. They can't offer the benefits and most of the great service. You do not have to fill out a deposit slip. Everyone is very nice and always meet you with a friendly smile. I deal with the branch on Springs Rd. They are so nice I know them by name and they speak to me even if they are not the one assassinating me with my transaction. Both of my children, grandchildren have accounts there and of my grands are as young as 5 yrs old. Hats off to Shuford Federal Credit Union and their staff. I will never go anywhere else.

Shuford Credit Union has by far the nastiest customer service I’ve ever heard from a bank. If the disgusting behavior won’t scare you away maybe the hidden fees, last minute account changes, and even account closure without ever giving notice. The Federal Reserve and Better Business Bureau will definitely be getting some messages about this bank.

I have been with shuford credit union for a while now and I deal with the granite falls branch. I can tell you that Brenda and Rachel are two of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. They are very professional and are always ready to take care of there customers. I would have to say that shuford credit union has always been there for me. I would highly recommend shuford credit union for all your financial needs. Thanks to all the staff for being there when I needed them. David kelley

I have banked with Shuford for the better part of 19 years. Not one complaint, they are very personable and some of the ladies have been there for years. Mrs Belva is one of the kindest ladies Ive ever had the pleasure of banking with.
