Called numerous times regarding a transaction dispute on my account. In the MIDDLE of me explaining why I’m calling, I was put on hold several times by the old lady for several minutes just for her to gossip with the customers in the background, holding an extremely irrelevant conversation conducting “heys and byes” with another staffs customer while im on hold for 10 minutes. When she finally returned to the phone, she didn’t apologize for having me on hold nor was she empathetic about my situation. Needless to say my problem still wasn’t solved. Only giving one start because this is my first time actually having to call and deal with a staff. The younger lady at the window is always a sweetheart.

I simply called here and asked how to join this credit union. The lady that I talked to sounded American, but, I don't think she understood English. She told me it told me it would cost me $14 to open an account. I asked her why? She was dumbfounded. She asked me what I meant. I said, why will it cost me $14? Is it my money that will be in the account? She said No. $5 would be in my account. I said, Goodbye. Then I went to Self Help CU, and got the Royal treatment. It cost me $5, and, it's in my account.

Excellent Credit Union. My experience was outstanding. I was favored to have a wonderful conversation with the CEO, Mr. Wilson. I am recommending all my family and friends who are eligible to open at least one account there.

Mrs. Spruill and the staff at GKCU are wonderful people. The ladies, I encountered, were all professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend everyone go by and check out all the services they provide.
