UPDATE it appears that the new crew has went down hill and now has become even more sorry than the first bunch! Been calling since 0900 hrs and the phone rings until it will not ring any longer! I called back 10 times finally answered was to be transferred but was hung up on! Now after 10 more calls with the phone ringing until it stops rigging and gives a busy signal. NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONES!!! What is the major MALFUNCTION with this SUPPOSEDLY PEOPLE OWNED credit union??? It appears nobody cares about their jobs and I called 3 months in a row to get the date of the transfer payment to be made earlier not later! For 3 months now I was told it was going to be changed but APFCU still has not made the change! This credit union is no good! Do not trust these people with your money dealings! They obviously do not care and do as they please! Not what the customer asks them to do!!! Beware of APFCU and that sorry bunch of GenZ's handling your capitals needs! I want out of this dump so bad! But being retired from the government and making a change is a high risk of my transfer getting messed up for months with no pay! This is one sorry credit union...

I have been banking with American Partners Federal Credit Union for over 18 years. Great customer service from Jennifer at the Reidsville branch, who has been my go-to for nearly two decades. Jennifer is always ready to help and always has everything ready for me when I get to the branch. This is the kind of service I have always received from American Partners. Their CD rates are some of the best on the market! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding customer service banking experience.

Jan Caudill was awesome to work with. She answered all the questions I had and provided me with all the information I needed to secure an auto loan for my son. Love her personality and customer service. Thank you!

so my debit card expired in december and then i realized i need to change my address and that's why i never automatically got a new one so i went up there and changed my address and ordered a new debit card so now it's been over a month and i haven't gotten it so i went there yesterday to see what was up with that, and they said i owe $2 or i was -$2 or whatever and they closed my account because of that.... how would i have owed $2 if i haven't even had an active debit card since december and i wasn't negative then, i literally took the money that was in my account out the day i changed my address and that didn't make me negative so how does that even make sense and why would you close my account over $2 and why did no one tell me that to begin with? just went and closed my account without telling me anything i had to go up there myself just to find that out im going to secu y'all made me mad edit to respond to their response: i did use my account though, i literally transferred money into it and i use it at least once a month or every two months and okay i didn't know about the service fee but why did no one say anything when i DID go to change my address? i didn't realize my old address was on the account, went to change it, no one said anything about anything other than they will order my new card so yeah i get it but also not really??? also if you guys close my account where does the required $5 from my savings go... so really you guys owe me $3. and how are you gonna say if i don't use my account for 2 months you'll close it but y'all never even sent me a new card after i changed my address i can't use an account that i have no card to... and i never got anything in the mail AFTER my address change about being negative or that my account was about to be closed
