The customer service I received over the phone from Christine Smith exceeded my expectations. You don't find this kind of care anymore, especially over the phone. First, she was very polite, personable, and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I haven't been able to get into my EZCard account for a long time and have been making my CC payments over the phone w/card. My card is misplaced, and my CC payment was due the next day, which caused some anxiety. Christine was so positive and helpful! She explained why I could no longer access EZcard the way I used to, emailed me the form to update my information, and said she would call me the next day at 10 am after she had updated the information. The next morning, a little after 8, she texted me to let me know she had received it and would be working on updating the information and would talk to me soon. Well, she called exactly when she said she would. After updating my information, the first thing we did was check to see if the lost card had been used by anyone other than me! Excellent! Then she helped me make my CC payment. She also texted me all I needed to make future payments with ease. By the way, our phone conversations did not seem to take forever while she helped me. She got to know me a little and encouraged me to visit the beautiful LU campus, where I am an online student. It was an excellent customer service experience. Christine is absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Christine, for your efficiency, excellent customer service, and just being a lovely, caring human being.

My husband and I had a great experience with our banker Savannah. She had all answers for our questions. She was very friendly and welcoming. We made the right choice for our CD saving fund.

I have been in the car business for over 20 years . I started with Capital One as a bank rep on the auto loan side and then went to Ally before moving to the retail side. I have never seen a bank of this caliber that protects and cares about their customers. My mother ( 76 years old ) financed her dream car through Lion Share and just shy of 2 months into the loan suffered a 2nd stroke. Devastating. Ms Perez and the Lion share team worked with us the next couple of months to get her caught up. Ms Perez is is the best payment solutions specialist I have ever dealt with at any bank. She made us feel protected and like family. She got us through one of toughest times of our lives. Ms Perez you are an Angel π on earth π we love you more than you can possibly ever imagine. You have taught me the art of being a leader yet letting compassion and encouragement shine through your business practices. In turn , it made me feel like I had a guardian angel with me. No hype or gimmicks. You are my heart and I will die before I ever let you down. Please π Please Please ya'll , use the mighty Lion Share for all your banking needs . I cannot reiterate enough what this team means to me and what they can do for you and your family . Merry Christmas π π β€οΈ with love . Sincerely The Monroe 's
