Was the first ever recipient of a construction loan from MCU. Josh Farmer made the process from beginning to end (over a year) an easy one. The team worked as if they had done this for years and worked with the contractor and myself closely throughout the project.

Recently took out a mortgage loan through Mountain Credit Union and they were great throughout the whole process. Couldn’t say enough good things about them! They made the process about as smooth as I could imagine. Highly recommend! Josh and Karen, thanks so much!

Mountain credit union is the best ever. I had a scam that got my credit card and Ryan took great care of this problem for me. I was so stressed out over it. But he had it took care of in just minutes. Reported it to better business bureau and is sending me my new card. I now have peace of mind knowing that this taken care of. It pays to have a good place to keep your money and have security knowing it is being taken care of. Thank you so much Mountain Credit Union For Great service and my peace of mind knowing you have my personal interest number 1 priority.

This institution is awful. There ATM is regularly down and customer service rep Nancy is not helpful at all. I called about getting the member number and could not over the phone to log into there online app which if it wasn't rest by the institution would not have been an issue. Do yourself a favor and go to United Bank good people and way more helpful than any staff member has ever been at Mountain Credit Union terrible customer service!!! I wish o could give them a zero.

Have been banking with MCU since 2001. This is the 4th time my card has had fraudlent charges from out of it and I have had to shut my card down and get a new one. I don't know if this bank has had data breaches or what. But I'm in the process of looking for a new bank. In this day and age it's nearly impossible to not attach your card to bills to be auto drafted out of the account. Seems to be a recurring issue with fraudulent charges. Not happy.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
