Truliant always handles each customer with care and makes every interaction seemless and fast! I've been a member for years and wouldn't ever consider choosing another financial institution. Even when they moved out of state, I stayed with them. TFCU, you Rock!

When in doubt, Truliant Federal Credit Union comes through. Once again, a pleasant and successful service was completed, that has completed changed my outlook. To be ready, willing, and able to assist in the time of need, is truly a game changer. Thanks so much for the support and I look forward to future endeavors with you. Thank you, and may God Bless.

I wanted to refinance my car they took care of everything and made it happen. I have been to a lot of banks and Credit Unions I have worked a bank and a credit union but I find this Credit Union so personal and friendly very comfortable environment. please go visit and see if you agree.

I have was a member for 32 years. Opened my account at 14 years old, as my father is a member. Loved this bank the entire time. They have finally went communist and have added crazy policies. I just received notification that my account was closed due to inactivity and the remaining funds were taken as a result of an inactivity fee. Never in the 32 years have I ever been treated this way. Thank god I still have Navy FCU.

Truliant used to pride themselves in being "different from the big banks," but sadly they have now become what they once fought against. Hidden fees, predatory practices, and poor service now characterize this financial institution. Unless you want to be constantly looking over your shoulder for fees on your accounts and want to deal with unhelpful representatives, stay away. For those already in, do what I did and find an institution that actually follows through on their promises to offer "free" checking accounts.
