They are always willing to help and responsive. You don’t talk to a machine, but an actual person looking at your account able to make corrections immediately. That is a relief when depending on a deposit or any issues. I highly recommend!

Very disappointed with how my wife and I were treated. I closed all our accounts and found a new bank with better customer service. The tellers are wonderful to deal with but we had a disappointing experience dealing with a loan officer. I feel our experience may have been better had we dealt with our normal banker but she was out of the office and referred us to another loan officer. In hindsight I wish we would have postponed our appointment til our original loan officer was back in the office.

Charlotte has to be one of the rudest workers there. She wasn't helpful when we were trying to get a house because she didn't actually know what she was talking about. Then on a day to day basis, she's rude. You can tell she hates her job.

We just love this place. The friendly , small town feel staff know us by our names and make us feel welcome and at home. Having been a rural mail carrier for 30 years I appreciate this institution as a safe, secure and smart place for financial saving and transactions.
