They get 5 stars for their wonderful and amazing staff. The problem is their application software and Shizaam 3rd party card processing vendor. Their online checking app leaves a lot to be desired. Shizaam is absolutely terrible. They decline all types of transactions and flag them as fraud. Then immediately call you and if you don’t answer or call back within a short period. They will just deactivate your debit card. Or if you call them back you are on hold for long periods of time. It is super annoying and just got to be too much. Other than that it’s a great bank.

I've been a member for over 35 years and I urge everyone to become a member at USCU for all their needs from your first car purchase, to a new home. It's a financial institution where they actually care about you. I can't say enough about USCU. Thanks to Bonnie, Jan, Kyle, Laura, Luke, Caroline and Felicia for the exceptional service I've received throughout the years. Give them a call - you will not be disappointed.

USCU was the first place i got an auto loan in 1991. Now almost 30 years later i'm still using them. Very easy to work with. I will use them again and get my kids introduced to the company as well.

It's great dealing with a bank that can't even answer a phone...at any location! Since the merger, I am not impressed.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
