I don’t write many reviews, but I need to take a moment to share how amazing the Mandan RCU employees are!! During my stops at the bank, I usually have the privilege of working with StarAnn and Shyann. EVERY time I am greeted by name and with a smile! They have even taken the time to learn my grandchild’s name! (He loves going to RCU too!!) These two ladies have phenomenal customer service, and when I have questions they are quick to respond even if that involves a bit of research on their part with a follow up phone call. Over the years, we have worked with several other employees, and in each case we have received the same friendly, great customer service! Thank you, RCU employees, for making our lives easier!! You’re the best!!

This credit union is great. I was a member of Genie Watt Credit Union and it was purchased by Railway. This credit union is great! I have always been treated with respect and understanding. The people are wonderful. They all remember who I am and are very couteous. I could not find a better place to have my savings and checking account.

A special shoutout to StarAnn, she’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help. It’s clear they care about their members, not just their money. My husband and I love Railway Credit Union. It’s not only a great place to secure our finances but a wonderful group of employees who are always welcoming and helpful. We love getting together for the annual meetings and summer steak fry. Great CD rates. Just like family.

I love banking with Railway Credit Union and the great people that work there!!! Would definitely recommend going to this bank!! They are very nice and have superb customer service always answering any questions you may have! StarAnn, Shyann, and Jersey are all amazing!! Special shoutout to Alisha, she’s always got a smile on her face and can answer any question you throw at her!! Great job RRCU and thanks for all you do for your customers/members!!
