I have done my banking with Affinity Federal Credit Union for almost 8 years and have used several of the services they offer. Everyone has been very helpful and I am very satisfied with their service. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile or better yet, by name.

I like the updates with app technology. It is easy to use. If I have a question they are kind and courteous to someone like me that isn’t very techy! Everyone is friendly and gives me the feeling of belonging to a community.

Madi at Affinity exceeded our expectations greatly. My husband and I were on a time crunch for an auto loan and Madi had us in her office signing paperwork within a couple hours. Throughout all the questions and paperwork Madi was 110% attentive and explained everything in GREAT detail. Absolutely recommend going to Madi as a loan officer for any of your needs.

I received a debit card with no CVV and have to wait another week. It's Frustrating -:which when printing them off, that should be something they look for before handing it out. I understand we all make mistakes but it's also hard to find transportation to go that far for another card. Good Thing my sister in law is able to get it for me when down there.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
