I have banked here for about 15-20 years... they have helped me re-establish my credit over that time and 2 years ago I was able to buy my first house. Highly recommend BFG for building a good life. RB.

Some person named renee is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I will be moving my account out to another credit union

I am extremely disappointed 😞 with my bank. I been doing banking with them for over 20 years. The new staffing are rude, they don't listen and everyone blame the the other person on why that happened instead of apologizing that it did happened. I am seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

Good chance that if the credit union has to be called, no one will answer the phone. Has happened to me a few times, and I have only called a handful of times. Also, I do not deposit checks in my checking account because they do not release the funds for 10 days. Found that out the hard way. The only value I find in my checking account with BFG Federal is that I have an account to transact automatic deposits and withdrawals. I am opening an account with Huntington. They have way better hours, customer service, and release funds in a timely manner.

TERRIBLE institution. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. They hold your funds hostage. They make it impossible to even get a bank statement. You can’t request appointments because they can’t find anyone to work for 12 bucks an hour. That’s their problem. They offer absolutely nothing that traditional banks don’t offer. The only difference is how easily you can access funds from real banks. Do yourself a favor and go to PNC, Chase, Key, or even chime. What a joke. You people should be ashamed. Completely pathetic and unacceptable
