This is the best credit union in ohio. Loans: For mortgages, they have the lowest cost appraisal and they actually have loan officers (Loan processing not sent to a third party). I've never known them to sell a mortgage. Their interest rates are clearly communicated on their website. They take the same amount of time as other credit unions in the area to process your loans. Dependable: This credit union has been here a long time, as my 93 year old mother can attest to, so I don't think they're going anywhere. Fast: They transfer money from my credit union savings to my bank checking within 24 hours if it's requested monday - thursday. Other credit unions in the area take 3-5 days to accomplish the same transfer. Communications: Someone is always there to answer the phone monday - friday. I get an email monthly telling me that my statement is ready. I can check my account balance any time online.

Been with this credit union for 17 years , paid off multiple car loans and lines of credit on time. I currently have a mortgage through them from a foreclosure I bought from them. My wife also has an account paid off multiple vehicles, but because she a stay at home mom and I pay for everything anyways they denied her a new vehicle which would have amounted to 300 bucks a month. They also denied me a new vehicle loan as well, stating that a few months ago when I was out of work with covid I needed a little help making my mortgage payment. Absolutely disgusting all the people that took care of my needs retired and the new people are morons.

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give them worse than one star I would. I will never do business with them again.

Tried to figure out information and you'd think that you were wasting their time. Called and left a message, they couldn't return my call. Called again and dealt with a rude employee.

The people here have always been honest, open and transparent. I prefer those attributes to nice or some other weird, false positive.
