No online banking and never opened when you need them. Horrible banking experience with my car loan. I will never use the credit union for any thing. I suggest no one else does as well.

I have been making double payments due to you have to mail your payments in and the postal service seems slow. Added you can't get to this facility due to their hours. After 36 payments received calls that I am late when I was not. They had to find the payments applied to another account. I had to take my time to figure this out. This happened about 4 times. Was told it is illegal to make double payments. So I was late one month and was charged a late fee. Really, I will be paying this off soon and wouldn't recommend using this credit union. They make mistakes and nothing happens and they use my money with no adjustment. You would think that they would love to have the money. I won't use them again. You have to send a check.

Preapproved for an auto loan, found a vehicle I wanted and called them on a Friday to set up paperwork which takes about 10 minutes. They couldn't take me that Friday or Saturday so by that time to vehicle was sold. I explained that to them, they didn't care. Closed my account, don't make a mistake and open one.

Staff is Friendly. No option to make Vehicle Payment online unless you use their Checking/Saving Account, Closed earlier than any other bank, will not accept Principal-Only payment at the same time as normal payment, AND closed on Wednesday....The middle of the week. Would not reccomend Vehicle loan here.

Their hours are ridiculousel for those of us who work third shift. Opening at 9am makes it nearly impossible for anything to get done before going to bed when it seems direct deposit doesn't work till they open.
