This bank has literally by proxy stolen over 1,000 dollars from me easily since I have been out of town. Knowing this, I tried to call today as a fraudulant merchant keeps taking out 15 dollars on the 19th from my account. They said they would/could not stop this without issuing me a whole new card. UUUMMMM, NO! They can and they will, its called a stop payment, as the lady stated and then continued to transfer me to a billion different people that I didn't feel like staying on hold for. This institution forgets who they work for, and its me, not the merchant. Though, they have screwed around with so much of my time that I'm altogether unaware of why I'm not on payroll. They clearly do not know that since they are not backed under the FDIC, or NCUA (To an extent), they have to be reported to the Ohio Commisioners, and they will be. I left them this one final chance to give me more to report, or to correct their actions, and they did not choose, what I would consider, to be the wiser of the paths. I made sure to inform the women of this and to be careful what she told me was true because her career could very seriously be on the line as I was already reporting them, and recording this. After 20 minutes on hold, I can only assume that she was not having ANY intention of picking back up.

I’ve been baking with this Credit union for years and they have always been so helpful to me today I called in on a personal matter and the person name was Shelby. Shelby was so nice so kind so soft spoken. We literally had a very nice conversation and it really helped my grief she didn’t know it, but she really helped me this morning Shelby I hope that you get recognized. Thank you so much for being so kind to me today.

I needed a notary and the only one on staff was the manager. She was rude and acted like it was beneath her. She botched it unapologetically and I had to get a new title. This is about 4 years ago. The lady had short brown hair and sat in the first office to the left when you walk in.

Open air business everyone can hear what business you conduct, doesn't seem like much financial privacy. Site only does business and personal accounts no estate accounts. Telller seemed friendly enough. Has office 3 miles away with 4 stories and hundreds of employees but doesn't conduct all major business, for a bank with that much, seems like it's time for them to expand or cut back. My old credit union was smaller and handled all things.

Got a car loan a couple months ago. Just now received a letter in the mail that said after multiple failed attempts to contact you about adding your insurance to file we will be adding an additional $352 to your loan monthly... my car payment is only $300... they more then doubled my car payment... Where is the proof you guys contacted me multiple times???? Never left a voicemail. Never sent an email, but I get multiple spam emails every week from you guys.. No notice on the app that i was missing documentation. No notice when I sign into my account on there website. Just a letter in the mail that more then doubled my car payment with zero notice. Also there is zero ways to add insurance on there app, or there website, or an email I can reply back too, nor an agent. Just a 1-800 number that's closed on weekends.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
