Bobbie Bumgarner in the Belpre Division was so helpful! She was informative with all of my questions and efficient in helping me all while being so personable and a breath of fresh air when I normally dread these kind of phone calls.

We’ve been at this credit union for years. Things have changed drastically. Cannot get ANYONE to answer the phone. Just about ready to leave after being there since 70’s. Called the Marietta office and they had an actual human answer on the first ring.

Don't waste your time with this place. Go to another credit union!! My fiance and I was in the process of refinancing our car with a loan officer, we stop hearing from her so I called and apparently she isn't there anymore. So I contacted another loan officer and she never called back either. We kept getting the run around. Needless to say they're very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

After 16 years of having all business and personal accounts, plus all mortgages and car loans, I have walked away. The institution is not what it once was. Via referrals of my employees I gave Riverview about 75 new accounts. We are all walking away. For years I felt like a valued member but with new leadership team we sadly became just another number.
