Absolutely worst banking experience I’ve ever had here and it’s not even my bank. I sold a vehicle and the buyer used this bank for their loan. Everything from start to finish was a disaster and I waited OVER a month for the funds. The manager showed zero sympathy for all of the errors and prolonged the process even more. I do not recommend using this bank. As a former loan officer of 5 years and 7 years financial experience this was the worst banking situation I’ve ever experienced.

The only place I want to bank in the county! Still have the customer service of banking from 50 years ago where they know you and treat you like a person, friend, family! :)
