I have nothing but problems w this credit union. I live in Akron and every time I drive all the way here theyre closed. Every time. It took me about a year to be able to access my account online and when I finally did I realized I cant even do anything I need to do using the online system. Ugh. Im sitting in the parking lot after driving 30 mins to get here. Im gonna have to drive all the back here tomorrow. And when I do im closing my account. Too much hassle I dont need. Especially concerning MY money.

Melissa and Margaret are always helpful and knowledgeable about any service offered. Melissa has been CEO for many years and has helped so many customers through various hard times, layoffs, plant closures, medical issues, loss of family - I hope that the Local will continue to support the Credit Union. Thanks for all you do Teamsters Local 92 FCU !

It says on their website that they are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Went there on 1/26/17 to get information or receive a withdrawal card at 9:30am. There were vehicles there with footprints in the snow from the vehicles to the building, but all access's to the building were locked and no response when I knocked on the doors. Even my Union steward told me good luck trying to get ahold of someone. I ended my employment with Superior Dairy Inc, and will not be forced to pay a union due to the teamsters union dues to their lack of professionalism.
