There is a young lady by the name of Erin Jones at Consumer Drive, who went above and beyond in helping a technically inept old lady with her phone and Homeland's app. I certainly wasn't able to figure it out, but Erin took her time, and was able to "fix" my problem, and calmed my nerves! She certainly didn't have to spend any time on this, but she did it with grace and humor, and put my concerns at ease. Thank you Erin, you are a treasure...

BEWARE Homeland Credit Union is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. They charge a $25 fee for every ATTEMPT to withdraw funds if there is NSF. I contacted Homeland to make them aware that I am on a LOA pending short term disability from my employer. I attempted to cancel all auto payments I had set up to avoid any overdraft and fees on my account. Well... NOT THEIR PROBLEM. I've completed a hardship withdraw from my 401K to help get my family and I through the Holiday's. Homeland Credit Union is taking the first $580.00 from it. Unbelievable!!!

My husband and I had to get some documents notarized and we worked with Brandon. He was AMAZING and extremely personable. I really enjoyed talking to him and he made a boring task more interesting! Not only did he notarize our documents, he faxed them for us and made sure we had the confirmation sheet too. Thank you, Brandon!!
