Consistently having to track and chase them down for my automatic payment for an auto loan. The thing about an autopay is that you should set it and forget it. Not with CMCFCU. No notice, communication or any heads up. Scary when customers do the right thing that a bank can really mess someone's rating up with terrible service and complete lack of caring.

I have always had positive interactions with this bank. Everyone that I have dealt with is always friendly and helpful. I am no longer an employee of CCHMC but anytime I call them to request money from my account they will get a check out to me very quicky. I always receive it within a day or two.

Rude, discriminatory and hateful. They don’t process payments quickly and so many other things that have never happened at another bank. Manager is always “in a meeting” Just go with a public credit Union

Avoid this credit union like the plague. Whatever special rate you think is worth banking with this place, I promise it’s not. They choose NOT to process payments the day they are received, which I thought was illegal for banks to do. They are technologically delayed-with limited online banking options, they are slow at processing payments-so you will be sure to get screwed even if you send your payment on time and well within the grace period (processing customer payments on time is something other banks take very seriously. Anything less should be unacceptable.) They discriminate with their loan approvals-technically it is up to their loan officer whether she thinks you should or shouldn’t be approved, or think you have been working in your position long enough...whether you can afford it or not. It’s very inconvenient to access the funds you have saved. Poor customer service...rude emails & phone calls. And this just in! Reported to the Bureau of motor vehicles, claiming a lapse in insurance coverage, which was a lie. Simply a change in insurance policies! How conniving. I’ve banked with multiple credit unions and the comparison is night & day. It’s such a shame since they are associated with a nationally top-rated hospital. 0 stars.

They offer terrible service. Their smartphone app is useless. A simple ACH transfer-in takes 1 week where the same kind of transfer takes 1 business day with WellsFargo. When you call them about a problem, everything is always someone else’s fault: the other bank, the credit card company, the check printing company, etc. Then they charge fees for the same thing multiple times and refuse to reverse it. To top it all off, after years of no issues, they suddenly started declining the ACH draft of my water bill for “security reasons” - believe it or not. Instead of fixing the technical glitch or whatever was causing the problem, they recommended using “a different bank” as their solution. Stay away from this place as far as you can!
