I've been a member for decades - when they were just the Christ Hospital Credit Union. I have been in the office when they were slammed with lunch rush or early morning during shift change. They may look anxious and worn at those times, but they are quite professional in their dealing with us. I don't know where the bad reviewer was when they had such poor customer service! THEY probably got off on the wrong side of the bed that morning! Everyone has been very nice to me, if they can't answer a question, they refer me to someone who will know my answers or work through the issue with me later.

This Credit Union is 1st class! The employees are always kind and helpful and they have a variety of programs for any type of financial situation. They have also been a very valuable asset to me during my credit repair process. I have no longer deal with regular banks since joining this CHCA and I'm so thankful for All of the exceptional services I have received!

I absolutely love this credit union. I have been banking with them for over 10 years and would never switch. The associates are super friendly and helpful, they treat you like family. Most importantly the fees are low and the rates are good. They would get all 5 stars if the website was more user friendly and there is absolutely no weekend hours.
