I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop sending DocuSign forms that include full personal information, such as Social Security numbers. They believe it’s acceptable because the link itself is secure. The real concern, however, is that once the document is submitted, DocuSign sends a PDF receipt back via email, where it can remain indefinitely—creating a long-term exposure risk, even if the email is later deleted. I’ve raised this issue several times, but it hasn’t been addressed, and I believe this is the only way to get their attention. They are genuinely nice people to work with, which makes this situation unfortunate.

Absolutely awful several times I’ve tried to reach a rep at the reading road location to instead stay on hold for 30+ minutes actually crazy enough I’m currently on hold to pay a loan payment and am at 34 minutes. Like the credit union but the reading location is awful each time it notifies them they send I back to the queue. Currently siting in front of that location two cars in the lot(customers that is) have never paid a normal loan payment 577.00 always pay 800 or 1000 and this is what you get. And to think I almost switched from cove to here

The new automated tellers was very intimidating until I had the need and chance to use one. It worked great the live teller was super useful and helped me update my savings account to make a little interest. Great job

I refinanced my daughter vehicle, however we also are financed with my wife's vehicle through GECU, it was easy, straight forward, not there very long to sign paperwork. My only negative is there website, via desktop and mobile is very clunky! Other than that, i like there professionalism and interesting makeup of going to a branch location to sign paperwork, just not a traditional bank per se, more welcoming and more open.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
