This bank needs to get in touch with Wells Fargo and located my money. This bank has worked with Wells Fargo to attempt to steal my funds. I have not had access to my funds since 11/13 and now Wells Fargo does not know what happen to my money. There need to be some communication going on between both of these institutions. However I have reported your to the FDIC, the federal reserve, CIA and NSA. Yall gone find somebody else to play with because I ain’t the one.

This bank used to be where I sent people for great service, good rates and a great general banking experience. They are now far from a quality experience. The new people are very quick to not help you, and tell how things have changed. I am almost sad that this bank has become what it is now. They were able to help me build my credit and get back on my feet. Now I might as well bank at the big banks so I can access my money online, or during a normal business schedule. Angie thank you for everything but these new people and the new rules are not why I joined WT

I have to agree completely with the previous review unfortunately. This bank used to be amazing but all of the new people are rude and unhelpful. As they have no online access to your account you would think they’d be happy to give you information on your account but it’s actually just the opposite. I have been refused my account information multiple times now. They can give me zero explanation when I ask questions and then hang up when I point out that they are skating around my questions. While I appreciate everything their credit union ever did for me I will only deal with them to pay off my current loans and after this I will unfortunately not use them anymore due to the lack of respect and refusal to give information from their new so called employees.

Great place to bank! You are more than a number and the employees are willing to help you! No 800 numbers!!

I have banked with them for over 30 years. That alone should say something. But to elaborate, they are the best group of folks you will ever do business with.
