I have been struggling with this bank recently as they’ve introduced so many new policies out of nowhere. I moved out of state and it’s become impossible over the last couple months to maintain my 10+ year old account so I will be switching. Lizzie is particularly rude and unhelpful. Please introduce better customer service training and better processes so you are not alienating loyal members.

By far the worse credit union. Im new to this credit union. Nothing about this credit has been good since I opened this account. I had to call every month jus to pay a $800 bill because they have $500 a day restriction on my account. Ive never experienced nothing like this. I made a mistake and over drafted my account $149. This credit union charged me $30 per transaction which ended up being over $300 in fees in over a 2 day span. I didn't even realize my account was over drawn. This is worse than predatory lending. This can't be legal. I'll be contacting the Ohio attorney General along with the BBB as well in regards to their lending practices. DO NOT EVER BANK HERE! I'LL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!

Terrible bank, their system is outdated. ATM machines always broke down. They charge you for everything. All kinds of fees

I am constantly disappointed in FFCCU. Most recently, I attempted to open an account for my daughter and apply (cosign) for an auto loan with her. I left without doing either and will be looking into transferring my own account elsewhere.

I have nothing but good things to say. They have always been pleasant and accomodating. Their loan process was simple and straightforward. Trisha was especially helpful at the Emerald Pkwy branch. BTW, my favorite part of Google reviews is when people complain about things that are their own fault... Don't want overdraft fees? Don't overdraw you account.
