It's sad to say but this credit union has always been a 5 star for the 15+ years however this year 2022 it it barely making a 2 star. The front clerks have no customer service skills. To many times the professionalism of their conversations and interactions are very rude and unprofessional. When calling in to speak with loan dept. or to ask questions the clerks once again are rude and lack the skill of good customer service as well knowledge. On the positive side their loan rates are fair to good.

The best credit union on this side of Heaven. I have been able to pay off my bills several times. My son who lives in another state has been able to get 3 loans 2 loans months apart from each other. That Gloria is the most wonderful helpful, caring person who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you, and I thank God for her.I told her , you know your going to Heaven.

Located inside of one of the worst grocery stores in the city. The prices are suburban but seated in an urban neighborhood. The staff are not friendly, they seem angry that they were moved from their downtown comfort zone. They’ll help you, but the normal customer curtesy is openly absent. I go for my mother, so I tolerate the indifference because they let me conduct her business- and I am not on her account. They have a security guard that looks as though he should have security watching HIM. Silent and only talks to the tellers..., Don’t go here, unless you absolutely have zero options.

This credit union has helped me & worked with me when I lost my job. You can put your money in a traditional bank for years. If your credit score doesn't meet their criteria they will not help you. This credit union will. I just wish they would update their system.
