I love my credit Union! Been with them nearly 30 years! The staff is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable and listening! We especially love Mrs. Marla, one-of-a-kind….; exemplary customer service experience each time. My spouse retired over a year now so we no longer have close access to the credit union and thought about moving to another credit union; however, we are loyal customers and will continue to make the nearly 30-mile drive out there, as needed.

I've been with them for many years. Great group of people to deal with. Jackie is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly when it comes to my loans and always answers any questions I may have. Jeff makes sure all his members are treated like family. Not like some banks where all they're concerned with it is how much steak dinners they're going to make from you or how fast they can sell you a expedition. You know how some banks can be. These guys are absolutely great and would always recommend them to anyone.

I love Presidents Federal Credit Union. I have worked with everyone there and they have all been helpful. Marla at the teller station and Jackie have been especially helpful over the years. Jackie has helped setup several loans for me over the years. The flexibility and services you get with a credit union far exceeds a big bank.

Marla and now retired Amy have been the best most knowledgeable most resourceful help to me over the years . and I mean a lot of years .Thanks to them coming into the credit union is like visiting family .Marla remembers all my children by name (3 of them have accounts at the credit union). When I was overseas and had trouble with my CU visa card she handled the problem in no time over the phone. I vote her the best employee you'll ever have !!!

I would highly recommend this bank. I wish I would of found out about it earlier in life. They are always very helpful for any questions I have. Very easy to get along with. They are highly professional, and always looking out for there customers. The loan office is always there for your questions and needs. Teller’s are awesome and always going the extra mile. Makes banking feel like old fashioned times with the skills of today. Thank you for that you will always have me as a customer.
