Wow! 🤯 this place is great! I have never been much of a bank person but they have went above and beyond! They have assisted me and have always been very nice! I am lucky to have been referred here by a friend! I cannot ask for a better bank! If you need to find a car ask for Jay he is the loan officer and is patient and will not steer you wrong! He set me up with such a good car loan! 2.5% APR AND AFTER I PAY THE $18,000 off for the car (4 year loan) I get the $18,000 back ! And NO PENALTIES FOR PAYING OFF EARLY!

I joined this credit union over 20 years ago when I first moved to Columbus. It has expanded with different locations over time and I hope they will eventually have a location on the west side. Customer service has always been good. The physical buildings are clean with easy access. The online portal is wonderful and I use it frequently. Whenever I have sent messages via the online portal I've received a response in less than 24 hours. Educators can get a $1,000 zero interest classroom loan. There is an initial set up charge. I've been very happy with the credit union.

I have been a customer for about six years and had a cosigner for my auto loan. A week ago I contacted Education First Credit Union to refinance my vehicle in my name only. My Representative was Robert Wilkes. I have to say my experience with him was above anything that I expected. Has Customer Service skills and his prompt service to me was exceptional. My request was approved and totally completed within about six hours via phone. Because of the holiday, I had to wait to sign the papers two days later. I was even more impressed meeting him in person. He is a very professional, honest and caring representative for this company. I would highly recommend him for any and all of your banking needs. He will definitely be my go to from this point moving forward. Thank you again Robert Wilkes, I look forward to doing future business with you.

I spoke with Dan. He was amazing and listened to my concerns. On 4/17/25 i called the number on my card and got sent to the lost department. In that conversation i was told that a new card would be mailed to me within 7/10 days. I called Dan today on 4/30/25 that works in costume service and he explained to me that the person i spoke to on 4/17/25 don’t issue new cards. With waiting almost 2 weeks thinking my card would soon arrive, Dan was able to expedite my card so it would arrive at a decent time so i wouldn’t wait another 7/10 days!
