I will never suggest this bank to anyone after the rudeness that 1 lady gave my family after waiting with other gentleman (who was I believe making us an appointment but was collecting all information even though he is a member of the bank) oddly that was weird but I assumed for an appointment. Simply put we were trying to get a tittle notarized and the simple answer was to get a power of attorney....no thanks to anyone at this location, to the complete rudeness of the lady who can do notaries and couldn't respond to how 1 person signs for 2 . Simple question but lacked any answer. WOW zero stars if I could. The answer: Power of Attorney

This is the best branch. Everyone has been friendly. Anyone complaining are probably the ones that were denied for a loan.
