I would be able to give a review if I could actually reach someone. Customer service only open during banking hours, and when I was finally able to get off early enough to be able to call before 4:30, I was sent to voicemail because the lady wasn’t at her desk (at 4pm). And the reason we’re having to call at all is because the first person I spoke to said that we need to drive from Virginia back to Ohio to report a death, which is ridiculous. When we finally do reach someone we will be asking how to transfer to another bank that can help people that aren’t off during banking hours.

Not even one star. Worst place in the world to bank. Old staff used to be fantastic- newer people are clueless. Their tech is historic, the conneaut office pawns everything off to the Ashtabula office, tellers are rude, they offer no customer support or assistance at all.

Melissa Griggs goes beyond helping me. She is an asset to the PCCU I am 85 yrs old and don’t hear well. She had patience with me and was as nice as can be to me. I will ask for her every time I need help. Thanks Melissa Shirley
