I feel so blessed. I called my credit union to pay my car payment, I asked about another car loan I was going to get and I was connected to Maddie, who now know was an Angel in disguise. She proceeded to help me and told me my credit score immediately. I was so greatly impressed with her friendly, accurate information she provided. She said she lived in Xenia and wanted to help people like me. She informed me of my credit card debt, and how they could help with it all. I was so very grateful and I knew I was just paying bare minimum on these credit cards and paying extremely high Interest rates, and not paying them down at all. She set me at ease from the get go and I felt so trusting that GOD had sent me someone who would really help me with my financial issues !!! She worked with me diligently daily to make this happen for me and my family. Going thru this process with Maddie, I have been enlightened on information about my house and other banks that were not in the business to help middle-class working people like me !!!! Maddie helped me with so many more things than just my situation with my debt and money. I so appreciate all that she has done for me and my family. Treadwell credit union has One Amazing Employee , Maddie !!!!! People like Maddie only enter your life once in a lifetime !!!!! I will be talking about forever and how she changed my life !!!!! Thank You Maddie and Treadwell !!!!!

Treadwell has truly lost me as member. I have never had anyone that worked there ever treat me like that. The "call center manager" is extremely rude. I called to get explanation on why their posting works the way it does. And to see about having a fee removed. Instead of being professional, and explaining how it works and actively listening she decides to become argumentative and rude. And when I asked 3 times to speak with her manager or be transffered to their VM she decided argue and then proceed to hang up on me. Then when I called back twice some how no one ever answered and it went to voicemail. I then proceeded to call back and speak to other employees and somehow I was immediately transferred to a manager. I was not going to say anything as I already spoken with the operations manager. Who did not argue and just explained everything professionally and simply without speaking over me or getting upset or rude. But as someone who worked there over 5 years ago and got the same complaints and still speaks with members who say the same thing about this person, it is very clear something needs to be done about her. If spoke to any of my customers like that in my career I would not have a job or be able to be a considered to remain a senior leader. I decided to post this because as someone who has been a member for 5 years and has a full relationship with Treadwell this is not only disappointing but eye opening. I have kept my relationship with Treadwell even though I don't even live in town any more, to support a small credit and former GM credit Union and also to get paid early. But after this experience I will no longer support this place and will be actively moving my relationship. As soon as I am able to get back in to town I will be terminateing my relationship with Treadwell. Getting paid early and having everything in one place isn't worth disrespect or dealing with employees who are upset about their life and have no de-esclation skills or manners.
