First of all, this credit union is so out of the way I dont think they want people going there. I made appointment to meet with a one person but was helped by a person whose first name starts with a T. T never greeted me professionally nor explained why Sherri was not able to help after I spoke with her personally to make the appointent. As a Network employee myself, I made an appointment to inquire about a first home homeowner mortgage. As I sat across front she seemed guarded and disinterested. She never once cracked a smile I discussed my interest in a mortgage with the credit union and T quickly noted that KHN credit union does not offer first time homeowners deals. She stated the requirements gave me some rates for 30 yrs mortgage, how much I need I need to put down then gave me her card. She then said to call her when I'm ready. FYI. T. I will never call you or deal with your bank at any capacity. Thanks for your disinterest and flat affect and sorry for not being your cash cow. Best

Called this location before I arrived to make sure they were open, a man answered and was very uninterested in even answering my question. When I arrived to withdraw money had my daughter with me, the man working had the nerve to repeat over and over “have a nice day” waiting for me to reply while I was trying to listen to my daughter. Very rude.

I've been a member of the credit union for over 50 years. In all that time I've nothing, not one thing, to complain about.
